Served on a variety of Industry boards and committees including NCBA Board of Governors, several NCBA committees, TCFA Board of Directors and various TCFA Committees Dick served at Stocker/Feeder Manager for King Ranch Inc. from 1988 thru 1999, as Managing Partner of ABA Global, L.P. in Amarillo 1999-2000, and as Founder and CEO of Eslabon Companies in Amarillo, TX. Awarded Beal Academic Scholarship and graduated with Highest Honors from UNI. Received 1994 Outstanding Alumni Award from Hawkeye Community College. Dick was chosen for the National Cattlemen"s Association Young Cattlemen"s Conference Tour and for the Texas Cattle Feeders Association Leadership Program for 1995.
