Located approximately 7 miles north of Booker, Texas, this 400 + acres of grassland will be divided into two non-contiguous tracts and be offered for sale in an absolute online auction September 8 – 14, 2017. Both tracts have good access via all-weather county roads and have level to gently rolling terrain. Both tracts have a good stand of grass and there are two wells with submersible pumps providing livestock watering. This property would make a great addition to any cattle grazing operation.
Tract 1: This 160 + acre tract currently has a good stand of old world bluestem grass that has not been grazed the entire 2017 growing season.
