This native grass ranch sits a mile and a half east of I-25 on the south side of Highway 87 on the outskirts of Raton, NM. There are two earthen dirt tanks and Chicorica Creek runs through it for ¾ of a mile. This creek is good habitat for mule deer, turkey and elk. It has excellent access with approximately ½ mile of Highway 87 frontage. Besides the grazing income, there is also gravel pit production income potential. There is a barbed wire fence around the perimeter that is in good condition.
