There are six irrigation wells making 500 gpm according to the Seller. There is a seventh well on the east side of the property in unknown condition. The wells have submersible pumps and can be run to a single drip station, or split between stations.
The farm is mostly flat with a gentle slope towards a Playa Lake on the south part of the property. The soils are typical for the area with 72% of the farm being in Olton or Pullman Clay Loam.
