This section of land has several draws that run down to the North Baylor Creek. This makes for multiple prime hunting locations and gives the ranch a larger feel and creates good cover for wildlife. The creek has several holes that are holding water even in this dry spell we are having. A domestic well provides water to four tubs in different pastures on the ranch. Three fields on the north side of the ranch are expired CRP grass and the rest is native. Call agent for a showing, as the ranch is leased at this time.
South of Estelline on FM 658 for five miles to County Road T. This is the NE corner of the section. The gate is 1/4 to the South before the curve.
