This tract is level to sloping native grassland with a playa lake in the northwest corner of the tract. Also in the northwest corner of the tract is an old house and outbuilding that are of no contributory value. There is one working windmill and one non-working windmill. The fences are old and are mostly in average condition. Take Kiowa Rd (B001) south of Capulin, NM three miles to Wrangler Rd. (A042), then go east 1.5 miles to the northwest corner of this tract. The northwest corner of this tract is approximately one mile south of the Mountain View Cemetery. It is a level to sloping to rolling tract of native grassland. There are three windmills and two wells with submersible pumps. There is an old barn and a usable set of cattle pens on this tract. An old house, that has not been occupied or used for more than 20 years, is also located on this tract. The condition of the fences ranges from fair to good with some poor interior fences.
