Eric is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Texas and a New Mexico Qualifying Broker. He specializes in farm and ranch real estate. He has been a part of our firm for fifteen years selling over 105,000 acres for a value of over $120 million. He prides himself on serving his clients and working tirelessly to achieve their goals.
Giving back is also something Eric takes very seriously. He is the Mayor of the City of Littlefield, Past-President of the Littlefield Chamber of Commerce, Early Risers Lions Club Past-President, TALL Alumni Board President, Lamb County Library Advisory Board Past-Chairman, and Chairman of the Methodist Church Finance Committee. Professionally, Eric is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Realtors Land Institute, and will be receiving his Accredited Land Consultant designation at the National Land Conference this spring.
Eric grew up in Amherst, TX gaining practical experience in production agriculture by working on the family farm. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from Texas Tech University with a major in Animal Science, a minor in Agribusiness, and a minor in Chemistry. He is a graduate of the TX A&M’s Texas Agricultural Lifetime Leadership Program class XIV. Eric is an avid pilot and enjoys flying their Cessna 182 for work and pleasure.
After graduating Texas Tech University, Eric was employed by an investment company where he successfully managed a diversified crop and livestock operation. Upon the sale of the managed property, he obtained his Real Estate License and began his career as a Realtor with Clift Land Brokers in 2008. He has owned and operated farming and cattle operations.
Eric is currently managing Clift Land Brokers’ Littlefield Branch Office and resides in Littlefield, Texas, and is one of the five principal owners of Clift Land Brokers. He prides himself in offering his clients a high level of professionalism in their real estate transactions.
