Buyers buy what they can see, and we want them to see every aspect of your property. We use our ArcGIS Mapping Software to create customized maps of your property and make them available on the Internet and in Property Information Packets available to all our agents and potential buyers.
Clift Land Auctions, L.P. is an affiliate of Clift Land Brokers and a pioneer in the real estate auction industry, specializing in agricultural land, developmental land, and recreational land auctions primarily in Texas and Oklahoma. CLA also specializes in multi-parcel auctions, and is well known for their unique, meticulous, and sophisticated process of marketing real estate. Multi-parcel auctions are more complex, but the result is often more profitable for the Seller. TXPAN Appraisal & Consulting is the appraisal arm of Clift Land Brokers. Our appraiser, Gary Sutherland, is a state-certified appraiser for the State of Texas. He has vast experience assisting estates, families, and municipalities with their land appraisal needs.
