Gary Sutherland graduated from Texas A & M University with a Bachelor of Science in Animal Science. After graduation, Gary worked for almost 25 years in the agricultural lending business with the Farm Credit System. Following an early retirement in 1991, Gary became a fee appraiser and Real Estate Salesman.
Gary and his wife, Karin have lived in Pampa, TX since 1976 and Gary has served his community in various capacities, including the Pampa City Commission, Pampa Rotary Club and formally served as President of the Pampa Economic Development Corporation Board.
Gary became a State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in 1998 and a Texas Real Estate Broker in 2001 when he joined the team at Clift Land Brokers.
As the manager of TXPan Appraisal & Consulting and our Pampa branch office, Gary specializes in assisting families, estates, and trusts with their land appraisal needs and in farm and ranch real estate brokerage.
Gary and Karin have two sons, Jason and wife, Serina and Noah and wife, Amy, as well as five grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren, who all live in Pampa.
