This is a very typical farm for Castro county. All 7 irrigation wells are submersibles, along with the domestic well at the old house. The 3 pivots are all in good working order and have had crops under them this growing season. The farm is located right south of Oppliger Feedyard just south of Sunnyside. It has a mile of frontage on 385, and does not include the houses or the barn located on the 1/2 section. The South pivot is a late 1970’s Valley and the north machine is a Rain Cat of unknown age, but is on good working order. Both machines are nozzled at 150gpm and have not fallen off the last 2 years.
