This rolling prairie, solid turfed ranch is located in southern Moore County, just 35 miles north of Amarillo, and 15 miles south of Dumas. The property is well watered with two windmills and one solar well. It is very well maintained. Access to the property is adjacent to railroad tract from FM 354 with an easement. Seller to retain 50% of commercial wind rights and convey executory wind rights to buyer. Windmill laying on the ground near solar well and panels for pens will not convey.
