Absolute Land Auction Draws Large Crowd in Ruidoso NM
On Thursday, September 3rd, Clift Land Auctions held a successful land auction in Ruidoso, NM, at the Ruidoso Convention Center. Offered in an absolute land auction was the Webb Piñon Draw Ranch near Weed, NM. “This ranch offered a lot of diversity from cattle grazing and a 30,000+ acre forest grazing allotment to excellent Elk hunting. We offered this land in nine individual tracts, which significantly increased the buyer pool for the seller,” commented George Clift, owner of Clift Land Auctions in Amarillo, Texas. At the end of the auction, this ranch sold to six different buyers, bringing $3.05 M.
