Texas Reservoir Levels In Decline – The Trend Will Continue, by Andrew Owen Kansas City, July 9 (World Weather Inc.) – Western and southern Texas water storage is in decline over that of last year and the region will continue to deal with hot, dry, weather for the next few weeks resulting in a further decline.
