On October 27th, CLA concluded its first online land auction. And what a success! We had bidders from Oklahoma, Texas, Tennessee, and Louisiana, for a total of 42 bids. Half of those bids came in the last two hours of the auction. We had bidders on this auction who would not have come to a live auction. So we are excited about this outcome.
