Another Successful Land Auction On Thursday, September 24th, Clift Land Auctions held a land auction in Boise City, OK.  Sold at this auction was the 1,274 acre Ted & LaRue Myers Ranch. “Splitting this ranchland into three tracts enabled us to offer it to a much larger buyer pool, and resulted in selling it to two buyers.” commented George Clift, owner of Clift Land Auctions and Clift Land Brokers in Amarillo, Texas.
