RECENTLY SOLD Nice 8 +/- acre property with access to I-40 and Texas Highway 273 with electricity and water well on the property.
SOLD This is a very nice, productive native grass property with some recreational hunting use. The property has areas with trees, brush, sage, and plum thickets. Bronco Creek crosses the property from northwest to southeast and has some small seasonal springs and we believe that seep ponds are possible. We estimate 150 to 200 acres of sub-irrigated or semi-sub-irrigated grassland. The previous tenant has run 50 cows in this section for the past several years. This property does have a prairie dog infestation on part of the east side and in the northeast corner.
SOLD A nice clean rolling-sloping dryland farm in the Conservation Reserve Program. The owner may be willing to buy out the CRP Contract. PGWCD shows 125 to 150 feet of saturated thickness of water and there are pivot sprinklers on all four sides of the property. Elevation ranges from 3290 feet to 3350 feet. There are county roads on three sides of the property and single-phase electricity on the north and west sides. All owned minerals will convey with a small gas royalty.
