SOLD This is a very nice, productive native grass property with some recreational hunting use. The property has areas with trees, brush, sage, and plum thickets. Bronco Creek crosses the property from northwest to southeast and has some small seasonal springs and we believe that seep ponds are possible. We estimate 150 to 200 acres of sub-irrigated or semi-sub-irrigated grassland. The previous tenant has run 50 cows in this section for the past several years. This property does have a prairie dog infestation on part of the east side and in the northeast corner.
