We pride ourselves on knowing agricultural land—how to value it, manage it, and most importantly, how to serve the people who call it theirs.
That’s what makes having our team’s dedication and expertise recognized on a national
stage at the 2025 National Land Conference especially meaningful.
The REALTORS® Land Institute’s annual APEX Awards honor the nation’s top land professionals, and several of our own walked away with accolades that speak volumes about their hard work, integrity, and commitment to landowners across the region.
Clift Land Brokers is proud to announce that several of its agents were honored for outstanding performance in
land real estate.
Hadley Perkins was named a Top 20 National Producer and received the prestigious Region 8 Broker of the Year Award in Agricultural Land Sales –
Crops.
Sheldon Snyder, ALC, earned the Region 8 Broker of the Year Award in Auction Sales.
Eric Turpen achieved a major professional milestone by earning his Accredited Land Consultant (ALC)

“These accomplishments reflect the hard work, dedication, and expertise of our entire team,” said Bryan Clift, designated broker. “We’re honored to have our agents recognized on a national stage for their commitment to serving landowners and buyers throughout the region.”
The APEX Awards Program recognizes the best in land real estate based on verified sales production and professional achievements.
In addition to the individual awards, Clift Land Brokers was also recognized by The Land Report as the Top Auction House and one of America’s Best Brokerages in the Southwest region, which includes Texas, New Mexico, Oklahoma and Arizona.
These distinctions highlight the firm’s leadership in both traditional real estate brokerage and auction services across the region.
These recognitions aren’t just about titles or plaques on a wall. They’re about trust earned through handshakes, deals closed with care, and a legacy of stewardship.
