Another Successful Land Auction
Clift Land Auctions held another successful land auction in Clarendon, TX on the 16th. We had a good crowd with 53 attendees and 20 registered bidders. We were offering 990 +/- acres in Hall County, Texas in three individual tracts. We had one tract of dryland (if sold separately) farmland, one tract of grassland/hunting property, and one irrigated tract. The bidding reflected a strong interest in owning the hunting tract, as well as the entire property. In the end, we had one buyer purchasing the entire property.
