Clift Land Auctions held another successful land auction in Clarendon, TX on the 16th. We had a good crowd with 53 attendees and 20 registered bidders. We were offering 990 +/- acres in Hall County, Texas in three individual tracts. We had one tract of dryland (if sold separately) farmland, one tract of grassland/hunting property, and one irrigated tract. The bidding reflected a strong interest in owning the hunting tract, as well as the entire property. In the end, we had one buyer purchasing the entire property. Our charity auction netted the Donley Co. Activity Center a donation of $250.00 from Gary and Karin Sutherland of Pampa, TX. Clift Land Auctions will match that donation to the center for a total donation of $500.00.
