Irrigated Farm in Hansford County

RECENTLY SOLD A contiguous farm in Hansford County with excellent soils. Water is provided by four irrigation wells, three natural gas turbines and one electric submersible. Water is disbursed by two half-mile sprinklers, one brand new 2024 Zimmatic and one 1998 Zimmatic. The 2024 Zimmatic is nozzled for 700 gpm and the 1998 Valley is nozzled at 1,150 gpm for a combined total gpm of 1,850+/- or 2.26+/- gpm/irrigated acre.
