Tom Benton grew up working on his family ranch in the Oklahoma Panhandle. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Science with a business minor from Oklahoma Panhandle State University, a Vocational Teacher Certification from Oklahoma State University, and a Master of Science degree in Agricultural Education from Colorado State University. After retiring from the Cooperative Extension Service in 2009 with 26 years of service in Colorado, Nevada and Texas combined, he joined TX Pan Appraisal working out of the Pampa, TX office. Gary Sutherland
Gary Sutherland graduated from Texas A & M University with a Bachelor of Science in Animal Science. After graduation, Gary worked for almost 25 years in the agricultural lending business with the Farm Credit System. Following an early retirement in 1991, Gary became a fee appraiser and Real Estate Salesman. Gary and his wife, Karin have lived in Pampa, TX since 1976 and Gary has served his community in various capacities, including the Pampa City Commission, Pampa Rotary Club and formally served as President of the Pampa Economic Development Corporation Board.
